I'm pretty sure this is how the top 24 is going to go.  Keep in mind the WVSSAC, will publish the official heat sheet.  Unfortunately, I have not figured out how to make a mock heat sheet.  So, I just ranked everyone from 1-24 (or 1-18 for relays).
