2010-2011 Season Upon Us!

SwimWV is back for its second season as the source of information for West Virginia High School Swimming. As we are all preparing to kickoff the 2010-2011 season we here at SwimWV are getting ready too. What we need from coaches is their schedule for the season as soon as you can! Also we will continue to update the WV college swimmers page as colleges and universities begin to update its rosters for this season. For the Class of 2011, if you sign a Letter of Intent this fall please let us know so we can share that with our followers! Keep on the lookout for new pages and features in the coming weeks and months!

Congratulations!!

A big congratulations to all the West Virginia high school swimming seniors!! By now most, if not all, have graduated from your respective high schools. We at SwimWV want to wish you all luck on your future endeavors. For those who are chosing to continue with your swimming careers, good luck and we will continue to follow your results at the next level. To those who are not swimming in college, good luck to you as well as you move on to the next chapter of your life. We have enjoyed watching you compete over that last four years! Way to go Class of 2010!

Any senior who is swimming next year but is either walking on to a swim team or chosing to go division III, meaning you are not signing a letter of intent, please still let us know so that we can add you to the link of WV swimmers in college next season!

Congratulations to ALL swimmers and coaches on an outstanding season. And a special congratulations to the 2010 individual state champions and to our team state champions: Winfield girls and Bridgeport boys!

I also wish to thank everyone for your contributions and kind words to the site. I had a great time providing it for everyone this season and hope to continue in years to come.
